Shipping policy

SHIPPING, where free and included with the cost of the item, is specifically for delivery to a business at a business address and location. If the address provided is a residential address, there may be a surcharge for the residential delivery. Products shipped by freight carrier are delivered to the front door of the ground floor of the delivery location unless additional fees are paid in advance, such as inside delivery and/or up stairs and/or elevator surcharges, etc. It is customer’s responsibility to inform GiftedTouch.com if their location requires special services such as these or others. Any charges billed to giftedtouch.com after the delivery by the delivery company for any of these types of surcharges are the responsibility of the customer and customer agrees to accept charges for these add-ons. Other delivery type services are an additional fee; please inquire. Even when surcharges are paid for "White Glove" service, there can be and often are fees for stairs in the building, and/or elevators, and the like, which may be assessed later.

*PLEASE NOTE: FREE SHIPPING offers only apply to Lower 48 United States, and do not extend to Alaska and Hawaii, nor Canada. For prices to those locations, please contact us. If you place an order to any of those locations we will contact you regarding the surcharge. Also Free Shipping offers may only automatically be applied to online orders. Thank you

 

Shipping FAQ:

Do you offer free shipping?

  • We usually offer free shipping for orders of items that ship by standard UPS/Fedex ground and going to a business office in the continental US. For larger items travelling by Ground Freight Transportation such as exam chairs, stationary massage tables, esthetics beds, hydrotherapy beds, and pedicure chairs, we charge a nomial flat-rate fee per that is a reduced, subsidized fee per item or per order that is below what the actual cost of these services cost us to provide for our customers as a courtesy.

What about Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico?

  • There is an additional shipping charge for all orders placed outside the continental US. We will discuss these surcharges on a per-order basis to confirm if you would like to proceed with the additional charges. 

How long does the shipping take?

  • Shipping time depends on the product ordered and shipping method. During checkout, you'll see an estimated shipping time. Expect 1-2 weeks for Exam Chairs by ground freight. Please note that shipping estimates are not a guarantee and depend on the processing times of our warehouses and shipping companies. 

Do I have to sign for the shipment?

  • Most orders require you to sign when accepting delivery. We’ll notify you of when delivery is scheduled so you can be available.

Do you offer White Glove delivery?

  • We are usually able to offer white glove deliveries for an additional charge. Please contact our support team to arrange an order with speciality delivery. 

Do you have expedited shipping options?

  • Expedited shipping is not available. If you have concerns about your product arriving by a certain date within the estimated shipping times given at checkout, please contact us and we will let you know if it is possible to accommodate a guaranteed delivery date.

Can I order now and delay the delivery date?

  • We are usually able to accommodate this type of request.  Please contact our support team before ordering so we can place a delayed order for you.
