Order Policies
Most items are eligible for a credit of purchase or exchange, minus the shipping fees. A 25% restocking fee may apply to furniture and equipment. All returned furniture and equipment must be in original packaging. The fee may increase for damaged or used equipment. Any credit issued will be automatically deducted from your next order. Claims for missing items must be received within 24 hours of receipt of order.
All returns must be arranged within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. For orders with multiple items, the return period begins on the date of delivery of the first item and applies to all remaining items. Returned items must be in the same condition and packaging as received, unused, unassembled, and undamaged. All returns require a pre-approved return authorization number (RAN) placed outside the box. GiftedTouch.com issues company credit only for returns; no refunds will be provided. Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned merchandise is properly insured to avoid shipping damages. We reserve the right to make exceptions based on individual circumstances.
If GiftedTouch.com approves a return, all credits will be issued minus the original shipping cost, even if shipping was free due to a promotion or sale offer.
Damaged or defective products must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Customers must provide the original tracking number of the carrier to process a damage complaint. Complaints without original packaging and tracking information will not be processed. Replacements will be provided upon confirmation and receipt of the original damaged item. Only manufacturing defects or shipping-related damages are eligible for replacement. Improper use of equipment is not covered. Customers must provide photos and cooperate in resolving claims. Failure to do so may result in delays or denial of claims.

All merchandise must be returned in its original box with all packing materials, secured to prevent damages during transit. Customers bear responsibility for any damage during return shipping.
Refunds and exchanges are available within 7 days of purchase. All merchandise credits will be issued as in-house credit only.
Price matching requests must be submitted via email within 7 days of order placement. If approved, a store credit valid for 90 days will be issued for the full price difference or a credit card/cash refund of half the difference.
Custom orders cannot be returned under any circumstances.
All refunds will exclude original outbound shipping charges, which will be deducted upon return. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
All returns must be pre-approved by GiftedTouch.com and accompanied by an RMA number.
If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or defective shipment, wrong item sent), we will provide a prepaid return label.
If the return is due to buyer’s remorse (e.g., accidental order, cancellation after shipment, item no longer needed, rejection based on design or specifications), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and a 25% restocking/cancellation fee.
