We know that almost all equipment sellers sell low quality goods mainly from China. That's just a fact.
And more well staffed and larger operations in most cases are staffed by people who are more often than not order takers.

Most of our customers love the personal attention they receive from me. While not having a deep bench may have it's drawbacks, nothing's perfect--and everything has its drawbacks. (It's all well and good to buy one's goods from a large operation, but if the goods aren't that good anyway, then what good is it really in the first place?) It's a funny industry--there are a lot of people in it, but it is highly specialized, and it's spread out, and there aren't hardly any centralized locations where you can "go to shop." Thus the internet can work well for this.
