STERILIZERS

Germicidal cabinets provide a safe and convenient means of sanitizing all small instruments and utensils, particularly high frequency and vacuum suction glassware, galvanic electrodes, makeup sponges, etc.

Sanitization is carried out by shortwave ultraviolet radiation generated by a germicidal light bulb. No chemicals are required and no heat is created. This type of germicidal tube produces UV radiation that is very damaging to the eyes and therefore these units are manufactured with a safety microswitch to extinguish the lamp immediately upon opening of the door.

Using germicidal U.V. lamp sanitization equipment, inactivation of bacteria of public health concern is accomplished within 10 minutes.
